For those new to Reformer Pilates, our beginner-focused classes are the perfect place to start. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals, including proper alignment, equipment setup, and core techniques, so you can move safely and effectively as you progress.

For best results, we recommend practicing 2–3 times per week, whether on the Reformer, Mat, or Barre. Consistent sessions help build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility, while still giving your body time to recover and adapt. Even once a week classes can be beneficial if your schedule is busy - every bit of movement counts!

Click on the Book tab to view the timetable. You will then be redirected to Team Up, where you can select your class pass or membership, complete the health questionnaire, review our terms and conditions, and choose your class.

Simply bring yourself and a bottle of water (able to refill at the studio). If you’re attending our mum and baby classes, we provide play mats and some toys, but you’re welcome to bring anything extra to keep your little one comfortable and happy.

Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Leggings or shorts with a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks are recommended for Reformer classes. If you don’t have grippy socks, they can be purchased from the studio.

Mat and Reformer Pilates are gentle, low-impact ways to move, making them ideal for anyone with injuries or limited mobility. Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs, helping you build strength, improve stability, increase flexibility, and move more comfortable, all while learning mindful, safe movement that supports your recovery and daily life.

Advance Cancellations (24+ hours): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time will result in the class credit being returned to your account for future use.
Late Cancellations (under 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will result in the loss of that class credit.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation will result in the class being forfeited with no refund or credit.
Workshops, private sessions, and special events may have separate cancellation terms; please check details at the time of booking.

These are gentle classes designed to support post natal recovery and rebuild strength safely. These sessions focuses on restoring core strength and aiding pelvic floor recovery while helping you reconnect with your body.
You can move with your baby in the room, with support on hand from a registered childminder. Both mum and babies must have completed their 6-8 week GP check (or 12 weeks following a C-section, with GP approval. Please ensure you have GP sign-off before attending.
